Rotary was founded by Paul Harris, a Chicago attorney, on February 23rd of 1905. Paul envisioned a club in which professionals from diverse backgrounds could exchange valuable ideas and form meaningful friendships. The club has since expanded into an international organization that supports humanitarian missions around the globe in an effort to further peace, prosperity and health for all.
